All bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
Payments are none refundable regardless of circumstances . We strongly advise that you have suitable travel insurance to cover anything unexpected.
Bookings cannot be amended if they have been booked for a school holiday or bank holiday.
If, due to exceptional circumstances (forced closure due to illness / damage) and Garth Farm has to cancel your booking a full refund will only be processed if you booked directly with us. Garth Farm is not liable to refund bookings due to a force majeure, but this will be reviewed based on individual circumstances. Any pitchup.com bookings will be refunded by 80%, pitchup.com take 15% deposit which is none refundable by us. We recommend booking directly via our website for better payment protection and rates.
